About The Surveyor

I started land surveying about forty five years ago, in 1975, with a surveying and engineering company in Akron. That experience and additional education led to qualifying for the State examination and obtaining licensing to practice land surveying in the state of Ohio. I started my own land surveying business in 1993, specializing mainly in residential boundary retracements. Continuing education and attendance at specialized seminars have kept me abreast of the latest laws, procedures, writing legal descriptions for deeds, etc.

I am centrally located to all six counties served (Summit, Portage, Medina, Stark, Wayne, and Cuyahoga) and am dedicated to serving your needs in a timely manner, at reasonable and affordable prices.
